Sayur Sawi

1 batang lobak merah
1 paket jangung muda

1 ikat sayur sawi
3 ulas bawang putih
suun secukupnya
tepung jagung secukupnya
garam secukupnya

1. panaskan kuali dengan minyak panas.
2. tumis bawang putih yang telah dihiris sehingga naik bau.
3. masukkan sedikit air, lobak merah, dan jagung muda. tidak lupa juga garam.
4. biarkan panas sehingga bahan agak lembut.
5. masukkan sayur sawi, tepung jagung dan suun.

sudah sedia dihidangkan. ^^. Selamat mencuba

P/S:
I start my cooking lesson since i was 11 years old. This is the 1st meal i cook for my whole family. totally simple and love to cook it. cos i love vegetable. for the 1st time.. i my mother forget to say salt. So.. during the "cuba rasa" hehe.. my mother have to adjust it. however it work.. and end up to be the best meal for the lunch..
